Dennis Steel utilizes a complete in-house structural steel detailing department. With the use of state of the art programs including AutoCAD, Tekla, SSDCP and Soft Steel, and the employment of three full time detailers and a dedicated checker, Dennis Steel had the ability to create accurate drawings for use in the shop, and field. Having an in-house detailing department offers many benefits such as direct communication between the detailers, fabricators, and erectors which helps ensure quality and accuracy in all facets of the process.

Dennis Steel is equip with a 30,000 square foot, AISC certified fabrication shop, and the equipment and personal to serve your fabrication needs. We have the capability to handle large scale projects in a timely fashion. We employ a full time quality control manager that ensures every piece of material that goes through our shop is inspected throughout the entire fabrication process, producing a final product that is of the highest quality.

Dennis Steel employs 6 field crews and has an extensive fleet, including 9 service trucks, 6 cranes, 5 delivery trucks, 4 telescopic forklifts, and over 25 portable welding machines. We have the qualified personnel and all tools needed to erect any type of project… from a single canopy to large scale commercial and industrial projects. We also are equipped to handle your tilt-wall and pre-fabricated metal building needs. Dennis Steel also offers crane rental and other crane services.
