Dennis Steel Inc. is an AISC certified fabricator. This certification ensures our projects and processes are held to the highest quality standards in the industry. Our written quality management program manages every drawing and piece of material that goes through our shop. This begins with the design phase of the project. Project Managers ensure our detailers are provided accurate contract drawings, and that any and all requests for information are answered. Project Managers and Detailers work side by side to ensure the design drawings conform to contract specifications. The next phase of quality management takes place in the shop. From cutting and fitting, to final welding, our Quality Control manager ensures that every piece of material is fabricated exactly according to the detail drawings. All welding operations are completed by certified welders and checked through a 5-point quality inspection process. Finally, our field foremen ensure that the project is erected according to customer requirements and to the highest quality standards.

Dennis Steel takes pride in making the safety of our employees a top priority. We know that when one employee is injured, it affects our entire organization. Our employees and our customers can take comfort in Dennis Steel's dedicated Safety Program, headed up by our full time Safety Manager. Our safety program consists of a written Safety Program, safety incentive programs, monthly fabrication shop inspections, and weekly on-site job inspections. We have teamed up with our workers compensation provider, Texas Mutual Insurance, and the Texas Department of Insurance to ensure our facility adheres to the highest of safety standards, and that our employees receive continuous training. Dennis Steel strictly adheres to OSHA regulations, and keeps safety as our number one concern in every aspect of our work and company planning.

We understand we are only as strong as the communities in which we operate. Dennis Steel, Inc. is a proud member of the Leander, Cedar Park, Lake Travis, and Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. We take pride in serving our community in whatever way we can, from donating our time, material and services to local law enforcement, emergency services, area school systems, sport teams and the Boy Scouts of America, to helping our surrounding communities in need. We also recognize that there are times we need to play an even greater role, when the situation hits home, and help is needed, such as the aid provided to the City of Bertram after the windstorm of June 11th 2009.
